Christian Louboutin's new book celebrates 20 years in fashion

We tend to see Christian Louboutin as a relatively new brand, but the designer has been active in the fashion world now for 20 years - a household name ever since young Christian first painted a pair of stiletto soles with red nailpolish.

Now, the designer has released his first ever coffee table book - a tome that actually costs more than some coffee tables at £85 (althought you can currently pre-order a copy half price on Amazon). It's a beauty of a book, bound in pink faux-leather, with enough eye candy within its pages to make you dizzy.

The book tells the tale of Louboutin's stellar career, his celebrity admirers and inspiration behind his work. It incudes some gorgeous photography by David Lynch
